Woman rushed to hospital after being struck by car as road taped off

Oh dear, it sounds like there was a concerning incident on one of our local roads yesterday. A woman was sadly hit by a car and needed to be taken to hospital, leading to part of the road being closed off. We'll be keeping an eye on this for you.
