Clydebank man who left cat with 'weeping skin' banned from owning pets

Oh dear, this is a sad story coming out of our very own Clydebank this week. A local resident has been banned from owning pets after a distressing case involving a neglected cat. We're always looking out for our furry friends here in West Dunbartonshire.
